The team was incredibly responsive, especially when we needed to update our trip details—they were very flexible with changes to the pick-up and drop-off times and locations. Really nice and friendly people, they helped us reserving train tickets even if on 12go they were sold out. And if you're from Italy, stop by their office for a chat: they speak it really well and are very helpful!

We booked a few rides from Germany, one month ahead of our journey. Communication via WhatsApp was very good and all drivers were very polite and reliable. Small adjustments to the route were possible which was very convenient. Prices are roughly on PickMe niveau.

Definitely recommend for travelers who mostly use TukTuk, bus and train but want to cover longer tracks by car.
