  • Visit one of the best-preserved cave temples in south Asia, Dambulla Cave Temple (UNESCO Heritage).
  • Overnight in Habarana.
  • In the morning Climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress (UNESCO Heritage) and learn the ancient landscaping, hydraulic management and ecofriendly architecture.
  • Spend some time in local vegetable farm in Habarana and enjoy typical Sri Lankan local lunch with catamaran boat ride.
  • Afternoon , do a jeep Safari at Minneriya or Kavudulla .

  • Leave for Traincomalee, spend the day with mix of Hindu & Sinhala culture.
  • Explore one of the most important Hindu temples in Sri Lanka.

Trincomalee is a port city on the northeast coast of Sri Lanka. Set on a peninsula, Fort Frederick was built by the Portuguese in the 17th century. Within its grounds, the grand Koneswaram Temple stands on Swami Rock cliff, a popular vantage point for blue-whale watching.

  • Spend a relaxing day by the beach.
  • Leave for Kandy.
  • Explore the last Royal Kingdom of Sri Lanka.

Kandy, a well-planned city with picturesque surroundings developed during British Colonial period.

  • Visit he most venerated Sacred Tooth Relic Temple.
  • In the evening if you want can explore the Sri Lankan cultural dance show at Kandy Cultural Centre located nearby the temple.

This show is held every evening, and you can buy a ticket on the spot.

  • In the morning visit the Royal Botanical gardens.

Garden with more than 4.200 labeled species flora, it will take you around 3 hours to visit so many attractions on 60 hectares of land with a lake, suspension bridge, and beautiful lawn. Some main attractions are Orchid House, Spice Garden, Palm Avenues, Double Coconut Palms, Flower Garden, Bamboo Collection and Fernery.

  • Enjoy a scenic train ride to Nanuoya.

Often referred to as ‘Little England’, this genteel highland community does have a rose-tinted, vaguely British country village feel to it, with its colonial era bungalows, Tudor-style hotels, well-tended hedgerows and pretty gardens. Indeed, Nuwara Eliya was once was the favored cool climate escape for the hard working and hard drinking English and Scottish pioneers of Sri Lanka’s tea industry.

  • Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.
  • Leave for Negombo, visit the fish market and a fisherman’s village in Negombo.
  • Enjoy a meal at one of famous sea food restaurants in Negombo.
  • Spend a lazy last day after long journey and prepare for your departure flight.

  • Transfer to Colombo Airport.
